At Shepherd & Lamb, every item is custom made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because our apparel is custom made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Color variations from screen displays
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Please review all sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement, email us within 30 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If approved, we will send a replacement item as quickly as possible.
Items reported more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
Lost or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
