Each Shepherd & Lamb item is custom made to order after your purchase is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared within 5–10 business days before shipping.

Some orders may take slightly longer during holidays, product launches, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Larger or multi-item orders: 3–10 business days
• International Shipping: 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

While we do our best to deliver orders quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
